How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for a free trial you will have access to the full Jumplead service for 14 days, if at the end of the trial you wish to continue you'll need to add your payment details, if not we'll simply convert your account to our Free Plan.
Is there a long term contract?
No. Jumplead is a pay-as-you-go service with no long term contracts or commitments. Simply pay monthly and if you cancel, you’ll simply be charged for the billing month you are in. And never again.

What do I need to do?
To get the most out of your trial you’ll need to add the Jumplead tracking code to your website. This will allow the service to process your web traffic and enable the live chat facility.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes you can. From the subscription page within the service you will be able to adjust your subscription to match your needs. We simply make prorated adjustments for the plan change.
Will I get charged at the end of the trial?
No. The trial is free and doesn’t require a payment card.
What type of payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa (Credit & Debit), Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo online. Unfortunately we cannot accept a P.O., set up a direct debit or take an order over the phone. Sorry.
